RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day free return policy.
This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).

Please note that exchanges can only be made with the store’s local assortment.
We accept returns if:
The Products are unwashed and not used in any way
The product is in its original, undamaged packing (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
All tags are attached
You are allowed to try garment or shoes on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)
The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
You have kept your proof of postage – in case the return is lost in transit

How to return a product:

For us to be able to process a return we need to log it through our customer service. This is what you have to do:
Get your return-number, shipment-label and further instructions from customer service
Send the product back to the address on the label.
Keep your proof of postage.
